Where is the wedding?

The wedding will be at The Barn at Blueberry Hill in Elkin, NC located at: 703 Bert Cockerham Rd, Elkin, NC 28621

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Invitations will be sent out in mid-late September. We would appreciate a final RSVP headcount by November 1st.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?
Answer
We are reserving hotel blocks at the Hampton Inn & Suites in Dobson, NC and the Fairfield Inn & Suites (Elkin-Jonesville) in Elkin, NC. Both are conveniently located off I-77. Both blocks include 2 nights stay, with check-in on December 6th and check-out on December 8th. Rooms must be booked prior to November 6th to ensure reservations.

Where will the ceremony and reception take place?
Answer
The ceremony will take place outdoors (weather permitting) and social hour/reception will be indoors. Early December in NC can be mild but there is always a chance of rain!

Is there parking for the ceremony and reception?
Answer
Yes! There is a gravel parking lot located right in front of The Barn where both will be taking place.

Is there a dress code?
Answer
Dress code is cocktail / dressy-casual / semi-formal. Whatever feels more comfortable for you! Early December temperatures in Northwestern NC can range from lows of 32-35*F to highs of 53-57*F. Make sure to bring a jacket or blanket! :)
