When should we RSVP by?

Answer

Please kindly confirm your attendance by June 30th, 2026. Unfortunately, if we have not received your RSVP by this date, we will assume you’re unable to join us.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We kindly request cocktail attire, black tie optional. For women: Cocktail or midi dresses, elegant jumpsuits, or floor-length gowns. Dressy heels, sandals, or formal flats are perfect. For men: Nice jackets or blazers with dress pants. A tie is optional, look sharp, polished, and wedding-ready.

Are kids welcome?

To allow all guests to fully enjoy the evening, we have chosen to make our wedding an adults-only event. We truly appreciate your understanding.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

Your invitation reflects the specific names of those invited. If a plus one has been included, their name will appear on your invitation.

Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Both the ceremony and reception will take place indoors in the greenhouse at Aquatopia Conservatory. If the weather permits, guests are welcome to explore the beautiful outdoor grounds during cocktail hour and enjoy the scenery.

What if I have dietary restrictions?

Please indicate any dietary restrictions in the designated section of your RSVP. All requests will be accommodated.

Will it be open bar?

Answer

Yes! We’ll be having an open bar, so come ready to celebrate, sip, and enjoy the evening with us.

Is there parking for the venue?

Answer

Yes, Aquatopia Conservatory offers ample on-site parking for guests. You’re welcome to leave your vehicle overnight if needed; we kindly ask that it be picked up by noon the following day.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes, we plan to offer shuttle service to and from the venue throughout the evening for our guests’ convenience. Pick-up locations and timing will be confirmed once we have an idea of how many guests would like to use this service. If you’re interested, please indicate so in the RSVP section of your invitation.
