About Us

Paulina and Nathan met in the summer of 2021 in Boston. Paulina was in the midst of marathon training so some of their early dates involved brutally long runs. Neither the runs nor the traffic-jammed commute between Waltham and Somerville could break their spirits, as they always had each other to look forward to. Fast forward to 2023 and the two of them went on their first international trip together (Costa Rica) before moving in together in South Portland, Maine. Some relationship highlights include countless Sunday morning crosswords, wilderness adventures (especially canoe camping), and exploring Portland's food scene. The highlights were not without lowlights, like when their first big joint purchase (a couch) didn't fit through the door, Nathan’s back-to-back knee surgeries that paused their runs together, and disputes over whether to hand wash or use the dishwasher (there's an obvious answer...).
