Peabody Essex Museum

This is the venue where our ceremony and reception will be! It's a wonderful museum with sections on The Salem Witch Trials, Salem Mariner history, and so much more.

Mercy Tavern

148 Derby Street, Salem, MA 01970

This is a great restaurant in Salem that is a little off the beaten path. It's about a 9 minute walk from Downtown Salem.

The House of the Seven Gables

115 Derby Street, Salem, MA 01970

This is Nathaniel Hawthorne's family home. They do a wonderful tour of the house and there is even a secret staircase you get to take!

Ye Olde Pepper Companie

122 Derby Street, Salem, MA 01970

According to their website, this is the oldest candy company in the United States and is located about 11 minutes walking from Downtown Salem. They have amazing fudge and jars of candy on display that are over 100 years old.

Salem Commons

North Washington Square, Salem, MA 01970

The Salem Commons is centrally located in Salem. It is a beautiful park with plenty of seating, shade, and walking paths.

Salem Witch Museum

A little bit corny, but a unique to learn more about Salem.

This is a great coffee shop that's open late in Downtown Salem.

Ledger Restaurant

This is an more upscale restaurant and bar that serves New England cuisine in a 19th century bank building!

Bambolina

Bambolina serves wood-fired pizzas and small plates. They're only a short walk from the Peabody Essex Museum and the Salem Witch Trials memorial.
