There will be transportation provided from your hotel to St. Mary Cathedral (wedding ceremony location) and then from St. Mary Cathedral to the Woodbine Mansion (wedding reception location). There will be two different buses for transportation. One bus will pick up guests staying at the Marriott and Hyatt and the other bus will pick up guests staying at the Ruby Hotel. For guests staying at the Marriott and the Hyatt, the bus will pick you up in the parking lot between the two hotels at 2:15pm. The bus will depart promptly at 2:30pm. For guests staying at the Ruby Hotel, the bus will pick you up in front of the hotel at 2:15pm and depart promptly at 2:30pm. We highly suggest riding in the provided transportation as parking can be difficult in downtown Austin near St. Mary Cathedral.
Flight
If you’re flying in for the wedding, you’ll want to book your flight into Austin-Bergstrom International Airport (AUS). The airport is about 30 miles (a 30–45 minute drive) from the wedding accommodations in Round Rock, Texas. Uber and Lyft are readily available, or you can opt to rent a car.
