Is this an adults-only event?

Answer

Yes! Due to the venue and presence of alcohol, there will be no children present at this event. In-room childcare services are often used in Disney through company Kid's Nite Out if needed. Can I bring a date?

Due to venue capacity size, only those on the invitations are invited.

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Please reach out to Julianne or Nate and we can coordinate with the vendor. The meal will be buffet style and we aim to have foods everyone can enjoy!

Is there transportation to the Fireworks Party?

Answer

As everyone will be flying in at different times, we are leaving it up to the guests to come at their leisure. The event will be open starting at 7:30PM with the Fireworks beginning at 9PM. After the Fireworks, you are welcome to stick around or join Julianne and Nate back to the resorts through the Disney monorail and Disney Resort buses (included in your stay).

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! For those staying at the Coronado Springs, we will have a chartered motorcoach for guests to and from the ceremony.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! For those driving, there is a parking lot at both ceremony and reception locations for your convenience. Please bring invitation as proof of entry.
