When should I RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP by April 18th, 2026. If we do not hear from you by this date, we will have to mark you down as a no.

Are there any hotel room blocks reserved?

Answer

Yes! We have a total of 20 rooms blocked off for 6/12/2026-6/15/2026 at The Quality Inn & Suites Casper and The Holiday Inn Express Casper. There will be a large rodeo in town starting a couple of days after our wedding, we recommend booking a room as soon as you find out if you are able to make it as rooms will book out months in advance for this rodeo. Please refer to the 'Travel & Accommodations' tab for more information regarding hotel blocks.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to the limited size of our venue, only those listed on the invite are permitted to attend the ceremony and reception. We appreciate your understanding. However, if you are traveling with additional friends or family, everyone is welcome at the casual party we are hosting at a local brewery the day after the wedding. Please see schedule tab for more details.

Can I bring my kids?

While we love your little ones, this will be a child-free event. We appreciate your understanding. There will be a casual party on Sunday June 14th at a local brewery that kids and any additional guests are welcome at. Please see schedule tab for more details.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

While there is no specific dress-code, we would love to see our loved ones dressed up with us! Think garden party vibes! Please, no jeans or t-shirts, and please avoid white or white-adjacent colored dresses.

Will there be food and drink served?

Answer

Absolutely! There will be a light snack during cocktail hour, a pasta bar with salad for dinner, and a popcorn bar late-night snack! We will have an open bar with beer and wine as well. Please drink responsibly!

Answer

Our wedding venue is located at the top of Casper Mountain at an elevation of just over 8000ft. Keep in mind that mild elevation sickness can happen at this altitude to anyone but can be avoided by staying hydrated and well rested.
