Question

Can my kids attend and will childcare be provided?

Answer

All guests are welcome to attend the wedding ceremony. The reception is open to all guests ages 16+. Childcare will be provided for guests under 16 at the Lincolnshire Marriott. For additional information please contact Kathleen Wolff (847. 868. 6950).

What should I wear?

Answer

Black-tie optional attire. Please refer to the dress code card included in the invitations.

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

All guests are welcome for the ceremony at Christ Church. The reception will be by invitation only. For questions and concerns about the guest list please contact Eileen (847.868.6842).

What time should I arrive to the ceremony?

Answer

The official ceremony start time is 3:00 pm CT. We recommend that guests arrive 15 minutes or so before the official ceremony starts time so they can get settled before the proceedings. Doors will open 30 minuets prior to the ceremony. Please refer to the paper invitation for additional information.

Will the ceremony, cocktail hour, and reception take place indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The Ceremony will take place indoors at Christ Church in Lake Forest. Cocktail hour will be outdoors, weather permitting, and the reception will take place indoors.

Will transportation be provided?

Answer

Transportation will not be provided between the ceremony and the reception. We encourage our guests to plan ride needs in advance.

What type of food and drink will be served during the cocktail hour and reception?

Answer

Light Hors D'oeuvre and drinks will be served during cocktail hour. Please RSVP for your dinner option. Our dinner options consist of Chicken, Salmon, Steak, or Vegetables. Please communicate any dietary restrictions or allergies beforehand. The venue is able to cater to any dietary restrictions.

Do you have a block of rooms reserved?

Yes! Please do, we want to encourage our guests to capture and share the special day as much as they would like.

What's the best way to RSVP? When is the RSVP deadline?

Please RSVP on our website and select your desired dinner option. Please RSVP online or to Eileen by August 1st, 2023.

Can I bring my gift to the wedding?

Answer

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift to our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.
