FAQs

Question

Can I bring a plus one?

Answer

We unfortunately cannot accommodate additional guests due to limited capacity. We can only allow the individuals named on your invitation.

Question

How do I RSVP?

Answer

You can RSVP using the link on your invitation. Now that you are on our website, click on the RSVP section. We prefer that you RSVP using our website, but if that does not work for you, please reach out to the bride and groom directly.

Question

When do I need to RSVP by?

Answer

Please RSVP no later than September 1st 2024.

Question

Will you be serving alcohol?

Answer

Yes! Our bartender will be offering beer and wine, as well as water and soda. Our bartender will also have a cash tip jar and tips are always appreciated.

Question

What is the dress code?

Answer

There is no "dress code" for this event, although we would love to see everyone in beautiful fall colors! Those colors include navy, mustard yellow, emerald green, wine red, etc. Please refrain from wearing burnt orange and white. Jeans are welcome, for the men, of course! For the ladies, dresses are preferred and it might be chilly so plan appropriately.

Question

Where are the ceremony and reception located?

Answer

The ceremony will be outdoors, weather permitting. If it does rain the ceremony will be under a covered pavilion. The reception will be under the covered pavilion and if the chilly November weather gets too cold we have heaters!

Question

Can I take photos during the ceremony?

Answer

While we love that you want to capture our special moments, we kindly request an unplugged ceremony to allow everyone to be fully present and immersed in the experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the highlights, and we will share the photos with you afterwards!

Question

Do you have a gift registry?

Answer

The greatest gift of all is your presence on our special day! However, should you wish to contribute to our honeymoon, a wedding card can be dropped in the card box at the reception. We also have an online gift registry with Amazon and Zola. You can find our Amazon registry under "Registry and Gift List" and searching the bride and/or grooms name. You can find our Zola registry on this website!

Question

Are children invited to the wedding?

Answer

While we adore children, we've opted for an adults-only affair to allow everyone to relax and enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand our decision and can arrange childcare for the evening. If you have concerns or special circumstances, please dont hesitate to contact us directly to discuss further. There are going to be special circumstances granted for a few close family members that will be notified by the bride and groom personally.

Question

When Should I Arrive?

Answer

We ask our guests to please arrive at the ceremony promptly at 3 pm. If you arrive at the venue anytime after 3:30 pm, we respectfully ask that you do not enter the ceremony site as the ceremony will be going on and we do not want any interruptions.
