Need to Know

The most important things to know for our big day:
Question

Drink Update

Answer

If this is your first time on our website then consider this a friendly welcome! But for everyone who read the original BYOB-ish plan, we realized it was more trouble than it was worth and decided to provide all the 'dancing juice' ourselves. All you have to bring is a party attitude.

Question

Dress Code?

Answer

Imagine you are going to a formal summer picnic, but Claude Monet is going to paint you. Or your boss is throwing a garden party on a quaint farm to impress the CEO of your company. Basically, summer cocktail.

Question

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

If we have given you a guest on your invite, then both of you are equally invited. If we have not listed a guest, then we would prefer that it just be you, as we would like a more intimate wedding atmosphere.

Question

Biggest Dos and Don'ts?

Answer

1. Do eat beforehand! We are having small bites and desserts but not a full meal. 2. Don’t wear perfume or cologne - please PLEASE for the love of all things good - just don’t do it. The bride and her Dad are both extremely allergic. 3. Do come planning to dance! We will drag you onto the dance floor. 4. Don't bring liquor, confetti/firecrackers or silly string - all of them will get us fined by the venue. 5. Don't leave without telling us goodbye!

Question

What COVID-19 Precautions are being Taken?

Answer

We understand that some of our guests have chosen not to get a Coronavirus vaccine, and we respect your decision. However, out of courtesy to our guests with weak or compromised immune systems, we would greatly appreciate our non-vaccinated guests being tested for Covid-19 shortly before the wedding. We want all our guests to have peace of mind while they celebrate with us. If you do not feel comfortable attending the wedding in person, please reach out to us and we will add you to the Zoom Ceremony instead.

Question

Rehearsal Dinner?

Answer

In lieu of a rehearsal dinner, all guests are invited to a come-and-go event at Legacy Hall in Plano (7800 Windrose Ave Plano, TX 75024 United States) the day before the wedding, Saturday, July 9, from 4-7 PM. Come grab some good food, a couple drinks, and hang out with us in a casual setting. There is no need to RSVP for this event, as we will all be on separate tabs. Hope to see you there!
