Is there a dress code?

Answer

We are excited to see everyone in semi-formal attire. Please no jeans or white.

Are Children invited?

Answer

This is a family friendly wedding and we are happy to welcome children that are included on the invite. To help keep the children entertained between the ceremony and reception, there will be a bouncy castle. Although it is supervised by an employee of the club, we respectfully ask that all parents monitor their children while they are enjoying the bouncy castle.

Will there be alcoholic drinks available?

Answer

One bottle of red and white wine will be available at each table for your enjoyment during dinner. A cash ONLY bar will be open to serve alcoholic beverages from 3:30 - 11:30pm Non-alcoholic drinks will be available at no charge.

Will I be able to give a short speech at the wedding?

Answer

Yes! We encourage you to tell a personal/funny story about the bride or groom. Please keep your speech to 2-3 minutes to allow time for other speeches.

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

The ceremony will be taking place in an outdoor garden; we recommend flat-soled shoes or wedges to avoid sinking into the grass. The reception will be held indoors in an air conditioned building.

Is there someone we can contact if we have questions or concerns during the wedding?

Answer

Yes, we have hired Caroline Forsyth, a talented Wedding Coordinator and she will be available to answer any questions or concerns that may arise during the day/evening.
