There will be a private ceremony attended by immediate family before reception guests arrive.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Reception guests are encouraged to arrive at 4. 4-5:30 will be cocktail, hors d' oeuvres, and mingling hour.

What is the parking situation?

Answer

Once on Camp Wokanda property, look for and follow the white arrow signs for parking, overflow parking and reception location. There is a 5 minute walk on a gravel path from the parking lots to the reception. We will have golf cart shuttles for those who would rather ride than walk. Carpooling is encouraged.

What should I wear?

Answer

As our wedding is during summer, please dress for the season! The Dining Hall has no central AC but does have built in large fans. As for dress code; dress for comfort but also for a wedding reception. A summer dress and khakis/dress pants with a collared shirt is recommended.

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Beer, wine, prosecco, seltzers, water and tea will be complimentary. (NO Hard liquor per Peoria Park District)

Will there be a dinner?

Answer

Yes. There will be hors d' oeuvres during cocktail hour. For dinner there will be a salad station and Woodfire pizza prepared by Little Tribe Woodfire on Wheels pizza truck.
