Things To Do

Here is a list of some of our favorite things to do in the area!

Stella's Lounge

53 Commerce Avenue Southwest, Grand Rapids, MI 49503
, (616) 742-4444

Eat at our favorite restaurant/bar. They have Nate's favorite burger, favorite fries (chronic fries), and favorite music. They have a full arcade so bring quarters! Skylar always beats Nate at Ms. Pac-Man here.

Vault of Midnight

95A Monroe Center Street Northwest, Grand Rapids, MI 49503
, (616) 776-9013

Walk around Rosa Parks Circle and check out Nate and Skylar's favorite nerdy comic book store Vault of Midnight

Grand Rapids Downtown Market

435 Ionia Avenue Southwest, Grand Rapids, MI 49503
, (616) 805-5308

Check out all of the fun things in the Downtown Market! There is a lot of restaurants, niche shops, and a greenhouse! It's a great place to grab a quick lunch.

Holland State Park

2215 Ottawa Beach Road, Holland, MI 49424
, (616) 399-9390

Take a little drive to Holland and swim/enjoy Lake Michigan (the best Great Lake).

Grand Rapids Public Museum

272 Pearl Street Northwest, Grand Rapids, MI 49504
, (616) 929-1700

Check out the museum that we frequent the most! There's always something new to see here, but one of our favorites is the Old Grand Rapids exhibit, where you can see what grand rapids looked like a century ago.

Grand Rapids Art Museum

101 Monroe Center Street Northwest, Grand Rapids, MI 49503
, (616) 831-1000

Check out the GRAM!

Frederik Meijer Gardens & Sculpture Park

1000 East Beltline Avenue Northeast, Grand Rapids, MI 49525
, (616) 957-1580

Take a walk around Meijer gardens, a huge art park! It also has one of the biggest horse statues in America

Blue Bridge

Blue Bridge, Grand Rapids, MI

This is the classic picture spot in Grand Rapids. If you didn't get a Blue Bridge picture, did you really even go to Grand Rapids? The bridge is connected to the river walk along the Grand River.

John Ball Zoo

1300 Fulton Street West, Grand Rapids, MI 49504
, (616) 336-4300

It may the 3rd best zoo in the state, but you can still see lions, tigers, and bears (oh my!) here.

Black Star Farms Suttons Bay

10844 East Revold Road, Suttons Bay, MI 49682
, (231) 944-1270

If you are not from the state and want a beautiful tour of Northern Michigan, take a 2.5 hour drive up to the Traverse Bay area and visit our favorite vineyard. They have fun wine tastings all around (over 20!)
