Hotel
This is the only hotel we have reserved a block at and where we will be staying! If you chose to stay here, follow the instructions below to obtain the negotiated rates secured with the hotel. Below is a link you can click that will take you to the landing page for the Hotel Indigo where you can secure a room through the block. Once you click on the link, enter the dates of your stay, it will load our room block code (KVW) automatically, and from there, select your room type. If you would like to to call in, you can call the front desk directly at 630-778-9676 and refer to the code (KVW) and you will get your rate for our contracted dates 9/11/26-9/12/26.

This hotel is about halfway from the wedding venue and downtown Naperville, very close to where the hotel Indigo is located. There are a couple other hotels directly next to the Hyatt if you are looking for additional options.
Shuttle

WE HAVE SECURED ONE 55 PERSON SHUTTLE BUS TO TRANSPORT GUESTS FROM SELECT LOCATIONS TO THE CEREMONY AND RECEPTION, AND BACK TO SELECT LOCATIONS ONCE THE RECEPTION HAS CONCLUDED. IF YOU PLAN TO USE THE SHUTTLE BUS, PLEASE LET US KNOW SO WE CAN TAKE A HEAD COUNT OF HOW MANY PEOPLE WILL BE USING THE SHUTTLE BUS AND SO CAN SECURE ADDITIONAL TRANSPORTATION IF NEEDED. The shuttle bus pick-up/drop-off locations and schedule is as follows: The shuttle will be making its first stop on the day of the wedding at the Hotel Indigo (120 Water Street, Naperville, Il, 60540) at 2:45 p.m. From there, it will be making a stop at the Hyatt House Chicago/Naperville/Warrenville (27554 Maecliff Dr, Warrenville, Il 60555) for a second pickup at around 3:15 p.m. It will then drop all passengers off at the ceremony at Cantigny Park (151 Winfield Rd, Wheaton, Il 60189). Passengers will need to enter the park and head towards McCormick House for the ceremony. After the ceremony, the bus will transport passengers to the reception located at Cantigny Golf (27W270 Mack Rd, Wheaton, Il 60189). At the conclusion of the reception (approximately 11:00 p.m.), the bus will make a stop at the Hyatt House and then at the Hotel Indigo to drop off passengers (see addresses above).
