What is the venue like?

Answer

The venue is an herb garden, completely outdoors and nestled in the forest. The ground is mostly flat. There is a quarter mile walking path (not paved) along a creek and pond. The venue is located about 14 miles from the nearest town, Philomath. The road is winding so please drive carefully and allow a bit of extra travel time.

Our wedding is childfree with the exception of our nieces in the wedding party. Thanks for your understanding!

The venue does not allow pets.

If your invitation included "and guest," you are welcome to bring a date.

Garden Party Semi Formal Suit and tie or a dress shirt and slacks Pastel or floral jumpsuit or summer dress Please no jeans or jorts

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony begins at 5:00pm. Please arrive no earlier than 4:30pm.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes, plenty of free parking. The ceremony and reception are in the same location, so you won't need to move your car. Once you arrive, there will be signs directing you to the parking area.

Is there transportation to the venue?

Answer

Since the Thyme Garden is a 30-minute drive from Corvallis, we encourage guests to carpool if possible. There is plenty of parking space, but there are no public transportation or Uber/Lyft options.
