-LA Historic Park- great park for a walk and view of downtown

-Griffith Observatory (great for space-lovers and just for a beautiful view of the city)

-Griffith Park- great for a ton of hikes and view of the Hollywood sign

-Smorgousberg (Sundays only) - food truck heaven

-Olivera street- historic Mexican core (downtown)- great for souvenirs
