Yes, Whispering Pines is an outdoor venue so please dress accordingly. There is some walking involved due to the fact that it is a large property. Golf carts are available to transport anyone who may need it.
It is helpful to arrive AT LEAST 20 -30 minutes before the ceremony start time due to the fact that transportation to a ceremony site may be involved. COVID screening is required. Whispering Pines must take the temperatures of each guest and a COVID waiver must be signed.
NO cars can be left overnight. Guests who are drinking alcohol must remember to have either a designated driver, have someone drop them off at the venue and pick them up, use an uber/lyft service or stop drinking early enough to be sober to drive. All cars left after the closing time will be towed at the owner’s expense.

Whispering Pines will take temperatures and have a waiver to sign when you arrive. All wedding events are being planned to take place outdoors and in well ventilated areas. If you are high risk or uncertain about attending due to COVID, we understand as well - the decision is up to you!
