We are getting married at the Event Barn at the State Game Lodge in Custer State Park. This property has some options for your stay. They have lodge rooms, cabin rentals and campsites all within walking or short driving distance of the ceremony and reception site.
Things are booking fast so feel free to look at other great options in Custer State Park that are 10-30 minutes away from the State Game Lodge.
Driving: Approximately 9 hour drive from the Twin Cities
Airport: Rapid City (RAP) - approximately 1 hour drive from RAP airport to Custer.
A state park pass is required for overnight stays in the park. Temporary 7 day state park passes can be purchased at the entrance gate for $20. If you are entering the park for the wedding only and not staying overnight in the park, you just need to mention the "Tragiai-Mullenbach Wedding" at the entrance gate and a state park pass is not required.
