What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

It is recommended to arrive 30 minutes prior to the ceremony to allow for parking and making your way to the ceremony site.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

The dress code for the evening is formal attire. The property requires walking on grass, so please be mindful of that when making your footwear selections.

Are kids welcome?

While we love your littles, this celebration will be limited to adults-only.

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

A block of rooms has been reserved at Hilton Garden Inn Oklahoma City North Quail Springs. Please book your room to benefit from the discounted rate by March 31st.

Please communicate any dietary restrictions, and we will do our best to accommodate.

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

There is a paved parking lot on site, but please note, the ceremony and reception locations do require walking on grass.
