Guests should arrive to the venue by 4:30pm so you can arrive to the ceremony site by 4:45p and the wedding can begin on time. There is plenty of parking available at camp. Accessible parking is available closer to the ceremony location; please let staff know when you check in. Uber/Lyft is also available in this area if you plan on drinking. *IF you are one of the guest staying in the cabins you may arrive between 12pm and 330pm on Saturday, so you may get settled into your assigned cabin*
There are 4 total cabins on the property. Each cabin sleeps 26 people in bunkbeds. The Cabins have heat and A/C. Each cabin has a large shared bathroom and showers. YOU WILL NEED to provide your own bed linens/sleeping bag, pillows and towels. The camp has wifi available in the multipurpose room, across from the cabins. This free accommodation will be available on Saturday night for those who are interested. Please indicate on your RSVP or if needed contact the bride or groom so that we know you are interested in staying the night. Beds will be available on first come first serve basis.
