Flight

Seattle-Tacoma (SEA) or Everett Paine field (PAE)

Seattle-Tacoma International Airport (SEA) is the most common airport to fly into, and typically the most price conscious for those traveling in from outside the US. For all guest flying in from the U.S. we recommend reviewing flights into Everett-Paine (PAE) Field as it is a much more convenient airport, and closer to the ferry terminal in Anacortes!

If you are traveling in and are planning to rent a car for the weekend, you can select the pickup location based on the airport that you are flying into! The most common rental car companies include: Avis, Budget, Hertz, Enterprise, National, and Alamo.

If you prefer not to bring or rent a car, there are many shuttle options to get you from Seattle-Tacoma airport to Roche Harbor, as well as once your on the Island from Friday Harbor to Roche Harbor. Shuttles and taxis run throughout the day from Friday Harbor (disembarkation) to Roche Harbor. Travel Note

Reserve your Ferry in Advance!

Guests may begin reserving their round-trip ferry slot 6 months prior to the wedding date. The ferry leaves from Anacortes, Washington (60-90 minutes outside of Seattle) and is approximately a 90 minute ride to Friday Harbor. Click the below link and select the 'Make a Reservation' option to schedule your incoming and outgoing dates and times. If you plan to travel in on Saturday Morning before the wedding, please do not select a ferry time later than 12:00 PM to ensure adequate time to arrive at the venue and check into your accommodation. Also, keep in mind that you don’t want to miss the boat, so be sure to make reservations and show up about 60 minutes prior to the scheduled departure time.

We have a block of rooms reserved for wedding guests onsite at Roche Harbor Resort. The Resort is made up of different accommodations including hotel rooms, cabins, and condos. How to book under our room block: By Phone: Call the Reservations Team at (360) 378-9820 and reference our wedding date, 09/26/2026. Their team is available daily from 9 AM–5 PM PST to assist with reservations. Online: Visit their website (by selecting the 'View' Option below). Scroll to the bottom of the main page and find the Group Login field. Enter our group name: 09262026 (the wedding date) You will see all the available lodging options in our room block. From there, you can choose accommodations that work best for you and complete your reservation seamlessly.
