Most guests will be coming from Maryland/Pennsylvania or Jacksonville, FL. From Jacksonville: ~6–7 hour drive or a short flight From Maryland/Pennsylvania: ~8–9 hour drive or a flight If flying, you have a few airport options: Asheville Regional Airport (AVL) – ~20 minutes to Hendersonville Closest and most convenient, but smaller with fewer flights Greenville-Spartanburg International Airport (GSP) – ~1 hour More flight options and often the best balance of price and convenience Charlotte Douglas International Airport (CLT) – ~1 hour 30 minutes - 2 hours Largest airport with the most direct flights, but a longer drive A rental car is strongly recommended, as the venues are in different locations and rideshare options are limited—especially near Pretty Place.

Where to Stay

We recommend staying in or around Hendersonville, NC, which is located near our reception venue. Hendersonville offers a good mix of hotels, rentals, and restaurants, and is about: 45 minutes from Pretty Place (ceremony) 10 minutes from The Barn at Tall Oaks (reception)

The ceremony will take place at Pretty Place Chapel, located in the mountains. Please plan accordingly: Roads are narrow and winding Allow extra time for travel Plan to arrive early Cell service may be limited near the chapel The Barn at Tall Oaks is a ~45 minute drive from Pretty Place.
