Welcome Picnic & Field Day

12:30 pm - 3:30 pm

Play clothes! Maybe a jacket. Maybe a swimsuit—the beach is right there.

We are excited to picnic and play outside as we welcome everyone to town. We are going to play a big game of capture the flag, and have other field games set up (volleyball, spike ball, corn hole, ladder golf, etc.). Kids are welcome to join! Bring your own picnic food for lunch. We reserved the southwest corner of Camp Casey's field area. There are picnic tables with a BBQ to grill, and a fire pit. If you're local, maybe bring a beach towel or picnic blanket—we love a good "blanket island" for lounging in the field. On Google Maps, it shows up near the beach close to Battery Van Horne. Pray for sun, but rain or shine we will play!

Wedding Ceremony, Dinner, & Dancing

3:00 pm - 10:00 pm

WARDROBE INSPIRATION: If you feel inspired, we invite you to think of your favorite flower in a vibrant garden... Now become that flower in your summer best! For example: If my favorite flower is an Oriental Poppy, I might wear red orange with deep purple shoes. Or if my favorite flower was a yellow iris, I would wear bright yellow. No requirements...just a fun, optional prompt!

ARRIVAL: Arrive by 3 to mingle, get some lemonade, and sign the guestbook. CEREMONY: The ceremony will begin at 3:15pm. Cocktail hour, dinner, and dancing will follow! AFTER PARTY: This is one of the longest days of the year, so we are going to try to catch the sunset at the beach after last call at 9:30. Follow us back to the Camp Casey Bonfire pit for the after party! KIDS: We are includers with big families so we have limited space. If you have kids and the ability to find a babysitter for the wedding, please do so! Take off your dad caps and mom wraps for a night. If not, we understand—just let us know if you are bringing your littles, and if they will need a seat or if they are still lap infants.

Goodbye Brunch

11:00 am - 1:30 pm

We will have some simple brunch fare and, of course, coffee! Come hang, enjoy the view, and share any stories you've accumulated throughout the weekend. We are just excited for as much quality time with people throughout the weekend as possible!
