No, guests may stay wherever they like! Staying on property will provide some ease of access for wedding events, and if you choose to visit the parks. There are also many perks that Disney provides for their guests staying on property, such as free transportation to and from all Disney parks and Disney Springs, free valet luggage service, etc. Any guests that stay off Disney property will need to provide their own transportation to all Wedding events. Our shuttle will only pick up at the Disney resorts listed below.
Pop Century is a value resort and the least expensive on our list. It offers the Skyliner as transportation to Epcot, which is the location of our Dessert Party. Port Orleans Riverside is a moderate, so mid range pricing and where we will be staying. The Polynesian Village Resort is a deluxe resort with higher pricing, but closer proximity to our Ceremony venue and the Magic Kingdom.
Nope! You do not have to pay for admission to the parks unless you would like to visit them outside of our planned events. The events we have planned in the parks do not require you to have theme park admission.
No, but it will make your planning much easier if you are not familiar with Disney. Travel agents are free to use and will often find discounts and can recommend dining and activities.
Yes, you can use a bus to get anywhere, and some parks and resorts have access to the Skyliner system, Monorails, and Boats.
We want all of our guests to celebrate with us in the moment, and not from behind a screen so please turn off your cameras, phones and tablets during the ceremony. We have connected with some amazing photographers who will be capturing every moment of the day and we will be sure to share their photos with you all after the day. After the ceremony switch back on and take as many photos as you want for the rest of the day! In fact we can't wait to see all the fun moments you capture - share them with us on Facebook and Instagram!
