How & When should I RSVP?

Answer

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as “attending” or “declining”. If we do not receive your RSVP by June 20th you will be put down as “not attending”.

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Your invitation will be made out to “{Your Name} & Guest” if you have received a plus one- they will also appear under your name when you RSVP. Thank you for understanding and please reach out with any questions!

What is the dress code?

Answer

We would love to see our family and friends dress up with us! So, we are requesting that all of our guests dress in “Elevated Western Attire”. Yes, we are breaking out the cowboy boots. Please head over to the “Attire” tab for some inspiration and more details!

Are kids invited?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we are asking that you make arrangements for a sitter in advance. Please enjoy a night off, our wedding will be 18+. We can’t wait to celebrate with you!

Where do I park?

Answer

Our venue has on-site parking. There will be signs and parking attendants to help you! If you cannot drive at the end of the night, please don’t. You can leave cars at the venue overnight and pick them up by 11am the next day.

What meal options are available?

Answer

It’s BBQ time! We will have smoked pulled pork, pulled chicken, ribs, and grilled vegetable skewers as well as sides and cocktail hour bites!

Will there be a bar?

Answer

Yes! The memories will be priceless but the drinks wont be. Please bring cash or cc to enjoy our bar service!

What if I don’t RSVP in time?

Answer

If you do not RSVP by June 20th, 2026, you will be marked as “not attending”. We would love celebrating with you, however, we have to provide an exact guest count to our vendors and cannot accept late RSVP’s.

What if I RSVP’d and can’t make it?

Answer

You will be missed! Life happens, no worries. Please let the bride and groom know as soon as possible that you will no longer be in attendance.
