Widely known to be the toughest Sipe sister, Claire is an aspiring homesteader married to her childhood sweetheart. Caregiver to two tiny humans, as well as dogs, chickens, and rabbits, Claire is always up for an adventure. Katherine is honored to receive wise advice from her younger sister as she becomes a wife.

Nathan’s smartest brother (literally built space capsules and sent them to the space station and back) John, Seth and Nathan grew up making comic books and playing artistic games together. John and Nathan went through the same engineering school program and started dating their future wives within a few weeks of each other. Nathan and John one upping each other with obscure inside jokes.

Elementary education major and alumna de español, Elisabeth is also a musician, singer, artist, and the exact Middle child of the Sipe Nation. Curly hair and glasses make Elisabeth the most likely sister to get confused with Katherine, so watch closely on the day of the wedding.

The coolest nerd and deep conversationalist you’ll ever meet. It was mentioned that Seth and Nathan enjoyed making comic books, art games and many other creative things together but Nathan and Seth particularly share a love for watching a wide variety of movies and TV shows and diving deep into analyzing them.
Mary Sipe

Ever since Mary was little, she was helping Katherine in the kitchen. She is always up for a new project or experiment, even if that means taking over the project when Katherine delves into a new hobby (see sourdough, plants, et al.). Mary is steady and subtly hilarious, a joy to those around her, and a clear favorite aunt to her niece and nephews.

Nathan’s brother-in-law Nate among other things has been a career inspiration for Nathan. Demonstrating drive, motivation, determination, and financial savvy. Nathan and Nate enjoy sharing work lessons learned, funny, awkward and tough work stories. Last year, they joined forces and started working for the same company!

When Katherine's brother went away to college, he brought back one of the greatest blessings to the Sipe family in the witty, sarcastic, and delightful Bekah. Rebekah loves reading, thrifting, watching Top Chef, trying new recipes, and loving her husband and two adorable boys.

Ever since Nathan moved in to be roommates with Brian they have been thick as thieves, propelling each other, towards godliness and mental and physical sharpness. Brian is responsible for one of Nathan‘s greatest core memories when he took Nathan on his first ever deer hunt and Nathan shot a buck! They have since been on countless other outdoor adventures.

Abi first entered Katherine's life as a friend at a church small group. In a providential turn of events, God gave her to Katherine forever as a sister-in-law. Abi and Katherine share a love for international travel / missions, coffee, running, flowers, and leaving Christmas trees up too long.

An all-around renaissance man, (hunter, hospitality host, knife maker, chef, barber, and all around outdoorsman) Daniel and his wife, Meg helped Nathan get plugged into community in Huntsville early on and have been on countless adventures since, including an incredible week of bow hunting elk in the Rockies

From the early days of running around the Redman "Shire" together, to surprisingly getting engaged within a week of each other, Katherine and Hannah have been good friends for as long as they can remember and have enjoyed getting to walk the journey of long-distance dating and wedding planning together. Hannah loves reading on rainy days and walking amongst the ferns.

One of Nathan‘s longest friends, Sam and Nathan grew up in the same church together playing pickup sports and spending many late nights lifting weights, playing competitive Xbox, and having deep theological discussions.

Permanent honorary member of Sipe Nation, Katherine’s sister Natalie is a social work student, ceramic artist, barista, world traveler, and “Chacos” person. Natalie is someone you can count on to come through for whatever you need, especially if that’s a laugh and a chocolate chip cookie. She is forever there to cheer you on - “PUSH!”
Zach Oakes

Nathan’s college and travel buddy Zach is one of the funniest people he knows. You’ll never meet a character with an original sense of humor like Zach. After school, Zach and Nathan took off on many adventures from national parks, to Switzerland, and the ski slopes of Colorado.
Alyssa Miklik

Alyssa is Katherine’s cousin and fellow registered nurse (to be!). They share years of memories including singing loudly around the campfire, telling loud stories and playing LOUD games of cards. It has been so fun to watch Alyssa grow up to become a friend and choose the same career path!

Nathan’s college buddy Isaiah shared similar family backgrounds growing up, and enjoy fitness (he’s basically Leonidas), cracking humorously awkward jokes, and has logged almost as many hours on the phone with Nathan as Katherine.
