FAQs

The Wedding Website of Kaitlyn Jenne and Nathan Chan
Question

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We kindly ask guests to RSVP by August 15th so we can finalize our seating chart, provide an accurate guest count to our caterer and vendors, and make sure everything is prepared for our wedding day. Thank you for responding by then!

Question

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

Please arrive between 3:30 PM and 3:50 PM. We kindly ask that guests do not arrive before 3:30 PM, as we will be finalizing preparations. For guests utilizing transportation, a shuttle will depart from Mystic Lake Casino at 3:00 PM and will bring you directly to the venue.

Question

Are kids welcome?

Answer

While we love your little ones, we can only accommodate children who are specifically listed on the invitation and included in the RSVP. We appreciate your understanding and can't wait to celebrate with you!

Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Yes! There are approximately 50 parking spots available directly at the venue, as well as an additional parking lot located about three blocks away with space for roughly 100 vehicles. For your convenience, we will also be providing shuttle transportation to and from the venue, departing from Mystic Lake Casino.

Question

Do you have any hotel recommendations?

Answer

Please visit the Travel tab for information on our discounted group rate at Mystic Lake. Unfortunately, due to the recent opening of a local concert venue, we were unable to secure a room block at Mystic Lake or nearby hotels. As a result, hotel rates in the area may be higher than usual. We recommend booking accommodations as early as possible. Guests staying at Mystic Lake can also take advantage of our shuttle service to and from the wedding venue.

Question

Is there a dress code?

Answer

Yes! We kindly request cocktail attire for our wedding. This is a wonderful opportunity to dress up and celebrate with us in style. For guests, cocktail attire may include dresses, jumpsuits, dressy separates, suits, sport coats, dress shirts, and dress shoes. We respectfully ask that guests refrain from wearing jeans, casual shorts, athletic wear, or overly casual clothing. Most importantly, we want you to feel comfortable while celebrating with us, and we can't wait to see everyone dressed for the occasion!

Question

Can I bring a date?

Answer

Due to venue capacity and planning considerations, we are only able to accommodate guests who are specifically listed on the invitation and RSVP. If a plus-one has been reserved for you, it will be indicated on your invitation.
