Is there a rehearsal/prenuptial dinner?

Answer

Yes! If you’re arriving before the wedding day, please join us at our prenuptial dinner. Details can be found on the Wedding Schedule tab of our website. The dinner will be held Saturday, October 1 at 5:30PM at the Blackwall Barn and Lodge in Gambrills, MD.

What time should I arrive for the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will start at 5:00PM on October 2, 2022. The venue has asked that guests not arrive earlier than 4:30PM.

Is any portion of the ceremony or reception outdoors?

Answer

Weather permitting, the ceremony will be outside. The reception will be indoors at the Chesapeake Ballroom.

Is there an After Party?

Answer

Yes! It’s at the Glory Days Grill, 1616 W Nursery Rd, Linthicum Heights, MD, which is just a short walk from the hotel. Join us there and keep the celebration going!

Is there transportation between the venue and hotel?

Answer

Yes! For those who have booked in the room block, we will have a shuttle service to get guests to and from the hotel and venue. There will be one shuttle to the venue, which will leave at 4:00PM. There will be two return shuttle trips — one leaving at 8:30PM and the final one at 10:00PM.

Is there transportation between the hotel and BWI Airport?

Answer

Yes! There is a complimentary shuttle service between the Fairfield Inn & Suites and BWI Airport.

Do I need to bring an ID?

Answer

Yes! Make sure to bring your ID so that the venue can serve you from the bar.
