What is the dress code?

Answer

Our wedding is semi-formal. Women can wear a cocktail or semi-formal dress, dressy jumpsuit, or a chic outfit, while men can go for a suit or dress shirt with pants (ties are optional). Dress comfortably and stylishly for a fun celebration!

Are kids allowed?

Due to venue capacity, we kindly ask that this be an adults-only celebration. The only exception is for immediate family who will be bringing their children. We hope you understand and can join us for a fun, kid-free evening!

The ceromony and reception is all taking place at Vintage Fields.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

The ceremony starts at 4:00 P.M. We kindly ask that you arrive a little early to ensure you’re settled before the ceremony begins. We want to make sure everyone can enjoy the full experience without distractions, so please plan to arrive with plenty of time to spare.

Is there an open bar?

We’ll be covering beer, seltzers, and wine for our guests. If you’d like mixed drinks or other options, those will be available at a cash bar.

What is the shuttle schedule?

Answer

Afternoon Pick-Up (to the venue): 3:15 PM – Pick-up from Columbus Hotel 3:30 PM – Arrival at the Venue Shuttles will depart the venue at 9:30 PM, 10:00 PM, 11:00 PM, and 11:30 PM

Is there parking?

Answer

Parking is available at the venue. You’re welcome to leave your car overnight and return to pick it up by 10:00 AM the next day.
