The Ceremony (La Ceremonia)

Answer

The most important part of our day is the sacrament, where we'll enter the sacrament of marriage before God. Our ceremony will be a Catholic Mass (about 1 hour), with Scripture, prayer, worship, and the Eucharist. Whether you’re Catholic or not, you are so welcome. If you’re not receiving Communion, you can come forward with your arms crossed for a blessing or remain in your seat. We truly pray this moment is not just something you witness, but an encounter with Jesus. -- La parte más importante de nuestro día es el sacramento, donde entramos en el sacramento del matrimonio ante Dios. Nuestra ceremonia será una Misa Católica (aprox. 1 hora), con lecturas, oración, música y la Eucaristía. Seas católico o no, eres más que bienvenido. Si no vas a comulgar, puedes pasar con los brazos cruzados para recibir una bendición o quedarte en tu asiento. De corazón, esperamos que este momento sea más que algo que veas, que sea un encuentro con Jesús.

Dress Code (Código de Vestimenta)

Answer

Black-tie optional. Men: tuxedo or dark suit. Women: formal, modest dresses (below the knee or floor-length preferred). It's summer and we are in Miami, so color is encouraged! -- Black-tie opcional. Hombres: tuxedo o traje oscuro. Mujeres: vestidos formales y modestos (debajo de la rodilla o largos).

We recommend arriving 20–30 minutes early to settle in and prepare your heart for the ceremony. -- Recomendamos llegar 20–30 minutos antes para prepararte tu corazón para la ceremonia.
