We first met as middle schoolers at Sonlight Christian Camp, completely unaware that God had placed our future spouse just a few cabins away. Life carried us forward in different directions, but funnily enough, we both ended up at Colorado State University. Even though we walked the same campus and shared mutual friends, our paths never truly crossed. We knew of each other, but that was as far as it went. Fast forward to the fall of 2024. Through our sweet friend Teagan, our paths crossed once again, and from the moment we reconnected, something just clicked. After that day, there wasn’t a time Nathan didn’t find a reason to swing by the house or come up with a plan for us to see each other. What started as a simple reconnection quickly became something so intentional, steady, and joy-filled. God wrote such an awesome story for us! One where He wove our lives together with perfect timing and orchestrated a relationship more beautiful than anything we could have planned. There isn’t a day that goes by that we don’t feel certain that God made each of us perfectly for the other. And now, we get to step into the next chapter of the story He’s been writing all along.
