I got hired at Rural King in 2015 and Nathan already was working there. We became friends pretty much from the start. We hung out just about every night after we would get off. Whether it be just going for a drive, us getting food, hanging out with our other work friends, or going back to his house for a swim. At that time I would have never thought he would be the one I would marry. We both liked each other but we were never more than friends. Time passed and it was getting closer to the time for him to leave for school. He asked me to be his girlfriend but I had just got out of the Navy and did not want to be tied down right away. So he got mad and blocked me from everything, or so he had thought. Little did we both know he had just unfriended me from Instagram. He left for college and life went on. In 2017 I seen a post he made and I messaged him and asked how he was doing and how college life was. I was not expecting any response but I got one. We began talking here and there and realized we only lived about 40 mins from each other and decided to meet up and hang out. Well ever since that day we have been together. We started actually dating August 28th, 2018 and got engaged February 16th, 2020. Love truly wins in the end!
