Best Man
Brenden and Nathan met in high-school and have been inseparable ever since. Brenden has been there through thick and thin with Nathan. You can always count on Brenden for a good laugh and to lighten every mood. Brenden is the best friend anyone could ask for.
Groomsman
Nick and Nathan grew up with many of the same hobbies, going to the same schools, and even liking the same music. Nick introduced Nathan to the excitement of a mosh pit and the taste of a good bourbon. He is always able to make a room laugh and is one of the smartest people you will ever meet. Nick is an amazing best big brother and is someone we couldn't have celebrated today without.
Maid of Honor
Marissa and Claire have been besties since she moved to Michigan. They met when they were teaching at summer school. Marissa came up and told Claire “we are going to be friends” and they have been inseparable since. Marissa is the reason Claire met her future husband. She has made Claire a better person and has pushed her to step out of her comfort zone in all the best ways! She has always been there for Claire through thick and thin. Marissa is the best friend Claire could ever ask for!
Bridesman
Andrew and Claire are the middle children of the Maurer family. They have been stuck together their whole lives. Andrew knows how to make Claire laugh and how to drive her nuts. Andrew is adventurous, confident and not afraid to do what he wants. Claire admires these traits and is proud to call him her brother.
Officiant
Jack is the youngest Maurer and has been Claire’s living doll since they were little. Claire taught him everything she knew and he would follow along with any idea she had. As they got older he grew into his own and has become a successful adult. Nathan and Claire chose Jack to be their officiant because he knows how to light up a room and show off his charming personality.
Ring Bearer
Nick is Claire’s oldest brother. Nick is a kind, creative and gentle soul. He has always been protective of Claire and makes her feel safe. Nick is an amazing artist and designed the Mead label that Claire and Nathan are using as their unity ceremony. Nick is a great brother and has always been there for Claire!
