arrival time

Answer

The ceremony will promptly commence at 3pm so we ask that all guests arrive 30 minutes before to mingle and get seated.

Answer

There is plenty parking available at the venue. However, if you do wish to enjoy a few drinks on the night, we highly recommend you arrange a lift prior or utilise the complimentary shuttle service that will drop you in a central area in the Coolum suburbs. Please note that there is not the best phone service coverage as our venue is in the Yandina Hinterland.

We would like to inform our guests that there is no designated smoking area at Palm Creek, we kindly ask that you comply to this directive.

Please rsvp no later than 3.08.2025 using the tab on the website. If you do not rsvp in time we will assume that you are unable to make it.

transport

We have booked a shuttle service for our guests to utilise to and from Palm Creek. If you would like to get the shuttle to the wedding please see below arrival times and locations. Marcoola- Glen Retreat Park, arrive at 1:45pm Yaroomba - Beachside Road Roundabout, arrive at 2pm Coolum- Tickle Park, arrive at 2:10pm These will be the three stops for the way home aswell, starting in Coolum with the third stop Marcoola.
