April 13th is a Monday??

Answer

Yes, you did read your calendar correctly. Our wedding will be on a Monday. To respect our loved ones who are traveling we wanted to keep it closer to the weekend. The event will also take place in the early afternoon to allow our guests some time in the evening to travel back if they desire.

But what do I wear?

Answer

The dress code for our wedding is semi-formal daytime attire. For men, that typically means a suit or dress pants with a dress shirt and a blazer or suit jacket, while for women, it includes options like a cocktail dress or full length dress, or a dressy pant suit. Our bridal party will be in formal black and we would love our guests to bring the bright colors!

Is there parking onsite?

Answer

Yes! However, the venue is having another event in addition to ours and it would be greatly appreciated if our guests made an effort to carpool to save some parking to ensure everyone can park at the venue. There is also additional parking in the surrounding area if necessary.

Are children invited?

Answer

While we love your families and little ones, there will not be accomodations for children at the wedding so we request that they stay home. They'd be bored anyway.😉

two o'clock, but when do we eat?

Answer

In an effort to enjoy the day to the fullest without keeping everyone too late on a weekday we will not be serving a full meal. Some food and drinks will be provided (every good party needs snacks). We would like to encourage our guests who don't need to travel immediately to use this opportunity to go out and have a meal with any old friends and family or even maybe some new friends. Some restaurant recomendations in the area can be found in the "Things To Do" menu.
