Shuttles will be provided to and from the Welcome Party, from the Wedding to the Afterparty, and from the Afterparty. We recommend guests Uber/Lyft or carpool to the Wedding venue. Cars may be parked overnight at Trentadue. Riders look for the Beau Wine Tours Shuttles that say “Hillis/Penny Wedding.” There may be other shuttles in the area so be sure to board the right one! Healdsburg is approximately 90 minutes north of San Francisco. For those coming in from outside the Bay Area, but flying within CA, we recommend flying into Sonoma County Airport (STS), which is 20 minutes from Healdsburg. For those coming from outside of California, we recommend flying into Oakland (OAK), a 90-minute drive, or San Francisco (SFO), a 2-hour drive.
There is ample parking at the venue. We recommend that you drive or carpool. Uber and Lyft have limited availability. There will be a shuttle available for those that are interested at the end of the evening to attend the after party, or to drop guests at their accommodations. You are welcome to leave your vehicle at the venue overnight to get home safely.
While we love your little ones dearly, our wedding and reception is an adults only affair.
We are asking guests to please wear cocktail attire. Spring in Wine Country is typically warm with cool evenings. We recommend a layer for after dinner.
There are many great restaurants and places to enjoy while you are in town. We love: Breakfast: Quail & Condor, Costeaux, Oakville Grocery Wine Tasting: Aperture, Banshee, Robert Young, Hawkes, Truett Hurst, Arista, Medlock Ames to name a few! Activities: Hiking at Riverfront Regional Park, Shopping on the Plaza, Enjoy the Healdsburg Farmer’s Market Saturday morning.
