When should I RSVP by?

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?
Answer
The ceremony will start at 5:00 in the afternoon. Guests using the shuttle will be arriving between 4:30 and 5:00. Any guests using ride share should plan to arrive around the same time.

Is there parking at the Cheek House?
Answer
No, there is no parking in the Cheek Residence Neighborhood. Please park at the Coppell Arts Center located at 505 Travis St, Coppell, TX 75019. The entrance to the parking lot can be found off of Hammond Street.

How do I get to the venue?
Answer
We will have a shuttle provided to pickup guests since parking in the Cheek Neighborhood is not permitted. For guests staying at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites, the shuttle will pick you up at 3:45. For guests staying at Texican Court, please be ready for the shuttle to pick you up at 4:00. For guests driving, please park at the Coppell Arts Center located at 505 Travis St, Coppell, TX 75019. The shuttle will be doing pickup rounds between 4:30 and 4:45. Times are subject to change.

What is shuttle schedule for after the Wedding?
Answer
The shuttle will be available to drive guests back to the Arts Center and hotels starting at 8:00 pm. The final departure time will be 10:00 pm. Times are subject to change.

What is the dress code?
Answer
Please dress in Formal Attire for the Wedding Day. Our wedding will be outdoors so we kindly remind women to wear comfortable shoes. Dress code for the Welcome Party on Friday is Dressy Casual or Cocktail.

We politely request no children attend the ceremony and reception. Thank you in advance for understanding. We are glad to invite children to join us at the Welcome Dinner on Friday Night!
