How far is the venue from Kona and Hilo?

The community center is about an hour from downtown Kona and two hours from Hilo.

Are there any good hotel options?

Answer

Yes, we recommend staying in Kona. Several hotels are available in Kona with a range of pricing depending on the accommodations you would prefer. In addition, there are many airbnb or vrbo options with a wide range of prices in the Captain Cook, Ocean View and Na'alehu areas if you'd like to stay closer to the venue.

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Please arrive 10 to 15 minutes before the ceremony starts for parking and to get cozy in your seats.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

The latest preferred RSVP date is April 2nd. This allows us the time to plan ceremony and reception seating. It also makes it possible to ensure there's plenty of food for all attending!
