What's the dress code for the wedding?

Answer

Our dress code is "dressy casual." Think dressier than what you would wear to work, but not as formal as what you would wear to formal events. Gentlemen, it is completely acceptable to wear jeans with a sport coat. We ask that you be mindful with footwear because the ceremony and cocktail hour will be held outside. Ladies, no white dresses please!

Am I allowed to bring a plus-one?

Answer

We are not allowing additional plus-ones to our wedding, as we'd like to keep the guest list just to those who know us well. The name of every guest invited to attend is clearly listed on your invitation and no additional guests can be accommodated.

Am I allowed to bring kids?

Answer

We love your children so much, but we ask that only those 18+ attend the adult only ceremony and reception!

Have you reserved blocks of rooms at one or more hotels? Will there be a shuttle to and/or from the hotel(s) for the wedding events?

We have reserved a room block at _______. Please book your stay by ______ to guarantee a room in our block. Use the code ______ or mention the Moore and Watson wedding while booking to reduce rate. We will not be providing guest transportation throughout the wedding weekend. Our ceremony and reception will both be held at Camp Manatoc, which is ________ from the hotel.

We'll be serving hors d'oeuvres at cocktail hour followed by a buffet style dinner.

Answer

There will be an open bar for guests to enjoy throughout cocktail hour and the reception, however, we do recommend bringing cash to tip the bartenders for all their hard work!

What's the wedding itinerary and what time should I arrive at your ceremony?

Answer

Our wedding will take place at Camp Manatoc on September 12th, 2026. The ceremony will begin at ______ sharp, followed by cocktail hour and the reception. We recommend arriving at the ceremony venue at least 30 minutes ahead of the ceremony start time to ensure you have enough time to walk to the ceremony space (located about a _____walk from the parking) and find a seat.

Am I allowed to take photos at your wedding?

We kindly ask that you keep our wedding "unplugged" and refrain from taking any photos or videos at our wedding ceremony. We want our guests to truly be in the moment with us during this special day.
