Where Should I Stay?

Answer

Unfortunately, Waterford does not have any local hotels. The nearest hotels are in Modesto or Oakdale. Please plan on about a 30 minute drive from the hotel to the wedding location if staying in Modesto or Oakdale.

What should I wear? Is there a dress code?

Answer

Cocktail Attire: Wear cocktail dresses, LBDs, dressy jumpsuits, and jackets and slacks. Also, feel free to wear jeans and button-up shirts, (almost) anything goes!

Where are the ceremony and the reception taking place?

Answer

The wedding and reception with both be taking place at Walker Ranch. No need to travel from the wedding location to a different reception location :-)

Will the ceremony and reception be indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Walker Ranch is an outdoor, grassy location so you may not want to wear your highest stiletto heels. The weather may be warm, but there are a lot of trees so it will be shaded during the ceremony and reception. It may be good to bring a light sweater or jacket for later in the night.

What time should I arrive?

Answer

Please arrive approximately 15-30 minutes prior to the start of our ceremony to allow time for parking and to get seated so the service can start on time.

When is the RSVP deadline? How do I RSVP?

Answer

The RSVP deadline is June 19th. Please use the RSVP header on this website to let us know if you will be attending. Also, please confirm with regrets if you cannot attend. We hope you can make it!

Where are you registered?

Answer

We have chosen not to register for gifts. We are simply excited to be given the gift of your presence on our special day.

Can I take and post pictures of the wedding on social media?

Answer

We kindly request that you do not take pictures during the ceremony, and instead invite you to be fully present as we take our vows. At the reception, guests may post pictures on to their social media channels. Our only request is that you tag each photo with our wedding hashtag #celebratealishaandnate2021 so we can keep track of all of your pictures!
