1. Go to Mendenhall website at www.mendenhallinn.com 2. Select Tab on Top Right-Hand Side “Hotel” 3. From there, a drop down menu will be shown. Please click “Book Now” 4. A new screen will pop up. Scroll Down to “Group Bookings”, Click link “Click here for group reservations” 5. You will be redirected to Best Western Group Booking site. Under “I Have a Group ID”, you will input code “9B8YH2A4” and click the highlighted blue buttom below that says “Enter your group ID >” 6. Click on “Edit Stay” and begin selecting your dates for check in and check out, along with how many guests will be in the room. Then click “Update”. 7. Select which room you would like. You have the option of a Deluxe King, Deluxe Double, or a King Suite. CODE TO ACCESS GROUP BOOKING: Archer / Burnshaw Wedding (Rose & Nathanael): 9B8YH2A4 For out of town quests: you may select to check in Thursday August 6th @4:00pm or Friday August 7th @4:00pm. *Please make sure you are selecting the correct check in date and check out date, along with adding the correct amount of guests in the room, as this will account for who will have breakfast the next day. (17 years old and younger are considered a Child) Check-In After 4:00pm and Check-Out Before 11:00am Complementary Breakfast is included the next morning to all guest who are booking a room!
