Where is the exact location of the venue?

Answer

Northwest Square sits on a large corner lot with two addresses. Please use 238 N. Clara Ave, DeLand, Fl, 32720 on the GPS if driving or using rideshare options. This will direct you to the paved parking lot off N. Clara Ave.

Is parking available at the venue?

Answer

Free parking is provided directly at the venue and the adjacent lots are public parking after 5 pm on weekdays, and all weekend. Please note the gravel parking lot on the Northwest side of the building off Wisconsin Ave is for the building tenants ONLY and is an active tow away zone. Also, because of its proximity to downtown DeLand, additional alternate parking options exist within walking distance.

Can I bring a plus-one?

Answer

Due to limited space, only guests listed on your invitation will be able to attend. We truly appreciate your understanding as we celebrate this special day with our closest family and friends.

Is the event indoors or outdoors?

Answer

Our wedding blessing ceremony will take place outdoors in the Hartman Courtyard, while the reception will be held indoors at Ford Hall. In the event of inclement weather, the venue has a contingency plan in place to ensure the celebration continues seamlessly.

What is the dress code?

Answer

The dress code is fall cocktail attire. For women: midi dresses, satin slips, wrap dresses, or dressy jumpsuits For men: slacks + button-down, blazer, or full suit (tie optional) Shoes: heels, dressy flats, or stylish boots (weather-friendly!) Kindly avoid white or overly casual attire so we can keep the look cohesive and special for the day. Some examples are jeans, sneakers, t-shirts, overly revealing or club-style outfits, flip-flops or very casual sandals.

Is this a kid-friendly event?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to celebrate with us as long as they are included on your invitation due to limited space. We can’t wait to share this special day with your family!

RSVP: How to RSVP and when is the deadline?

Answer

To RSVP, please visit our wedding website and click the RSVP tab. Enter your name as listed on your invitation to respond for yourself (and your party). From there, you’ll be able to confirm your attendance and share any additional details with us. We kindly ask that all RSVPs be submitted by August 28th, 2026
