I got an invite but the RSVP doesn't show all the events
Answer
The Tennessee ceremony and reception are by invitation only, as we must abide by the guest capacity of the venue. All are invited to the Utah and California open houses! If you are wanting to attend a different event than what is showing up on your RSVP, please reach out to us.
Question
Will there be alcohol served at your wedding?
Answer
No, we will not be serving any alcohol (and we ask that your refrain from bringing your own), but don't worry, it will still be fun!

Will there be alternate food options for people with allergies?
Answer
Please make sure that we are aware of any allergies that you have through your RSVP. We also ask that you make sure we know how severe the allergy is (can't be in the same room, can't touch, just can't ingest, etc) as we want to make sure that we don't accidentally trigger any allergic reactions. We will have a gluten-free area already set up.

Are kids invited to the ceremony and reception in Tennessee?
Answer
We love our younger friends. However, if you live local in the Knoxville area we kindly ask that you leave your children at home as we want you to enjoy a fun night out as well. Any friends and family traveling from out of state are welcome to bring whoever is coming to Tennessee with you.

Can I bring a date?
Answer
For Tennessee: There is a limited amount of space at the venue that we have booked, so please bring only as many people as are indicated on your invitation/RSVP. For Utah: You are welcome to bring a date. It is an open house, so it is a much more casual event.

Is the venue air conditioned?
Answer
For Tennessee: As long as the weather is good, the ceremony will take place outside. Once we move to the reception area there will be air conditioning. The ceremony won't be longer than half an hour. For Utah and California: Yes!

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?
Answer
There is parking at the venue, and there will be parking attendants. Please follow their directions so that we can fit everyone into the parking lot.

When should I RSVP by?
Answer
Please RSVP by July 17th to allow us time to plan for the correct amount of food. If you haven't RSVP'd by July 17th, we will mark you as not attending and won't have seats/food saved for you. We understand that plans change, so just reach out to us if that happens.

If I get a wedding announcement, does that mean I'm invited to the wedding?
Answer
Unfortunately, due to venue limitations we can only have a certain amount of people, which means that events are by invite only. We wish we could invite everyone in our life, but we have to abide by our venue rules.

Answer
We are registered on Amazon: https://www.amazon.com/wedding/share/nathan-karlee We also appreciate cash gifts and have put some ideas on our ZOLA registry. If you live outside of East Tennessee, please ship any gifts to our house even if you will see us when we are in Utah or California. We won't have room enough to bring back gifts. Gift cards, cash, and checks are fine, though. We are also accepting cash gifts through Venmo (@Karlee-Twiner)

Do I have to use Venmo to do a contribution to a cash fund?
Answer
No, this is just provided as an easy means. We gladly accept any gifts (physical or monetary). If you'd rather contribute with cash or check, you can bring that to the wedding or you can send it to us at 189 Fletcher Ct Maryville, TN 37804.
