We love our younger friends. However, if you live local in the Knoxville area we kindly ask that you leave your children at home as we want you to enjoy a fun night out as well. Any friends and family traveling from out of state are welcome to bring whoever is coming to Tennessee with you.
No, we will not be serving any alcohol (and we ask that your refrain from bringing your own), but don't worry, it will still be fun!
As long as things go according to plan, we will have our ceremony outside. Once we moved to the reception area there will be air conditioning. The ceremony won't be longer than an hour.
Please make sure that we are aware of any allergies that you have through your RSVP. We also ask that you make sure we know how severe the allergy is (can't be in the same room, can't touch, just can't ingest, etc) as we want to make sure that we don't accidentally trigger any allergic reactions. We will have a gluten-free area already set up.
There is a limited amount of space at the venue that we have booked, so please bring only as many people as are indicated on your invitation.
There is parking at the venue, and there will be parking attendants. Please follow their directions so that we can fit everyone into the parking lot as there aren't drawn lines.
Please RSVP by June 15th to allow us time to plan for the correct amount of food. We understand if plans change, so just reach out to us if that happens.
Unfortunately, our venue has a limited number of people we can invite. For our Tennessee ceremony and reception, it is by invitation only to make sure we abide by the person limit that the venue has. The California and Utah receptions will be a little less stringent.
