The closest major airports are BWI and PHL. These are both about an hour and a half from Manheim. The Harrisburg (45 minutes away) and Lancaster (15 minutes away) airports are also local regional options that may have some options depending on where you are traveling from.

Amtrak
If you fly into the Philadelphia International Airport, you have the option of using Amtrak to get to and from Lancaster. Take the train directly from the airport to 30th Street Station in Philadelphia. From there, switch trains to Lancaster City. From there, cabs and ride share services will be able to use.
