What is the weather going to be like?

Usually at the end of October through November the weather ranges from 75-85 degrees during the day but can slightly cool off to around 65 degrees at night.

What should we pack?

Answer

Be sure to pack summer style clothes for the day time, plus a light sweater for the night. Comfortable shoes in case you want to do any city exploring. Sun screen that is a must, be sure to put it on before you leave for the day (Trust me the AZ sun is no joke, we learned the hard way). swim suits especially if you are staying at a place with a pool. Of course your semi formal classy attire for the wedding.
