Join us on our journey to Love

2020 brought us a lot of things but who would’ve thought it was going to bring us love, not us. KENNY-Moral of the story is that we met in LA but technically we didn’t meet at all. A mutual friend of ours hosted an event in the heart of LA which we both attended that weekend. For Nat it was close so she decided to go right away unlike me. I wasn’t going to attend the event but after A lot of convincing by some of my friends I decided to go last minute. I did so much and met so many people but among all of those people I met I had yet to meet the love of my life. On the very last night of the eventful weekend I met a very funny and kind girl whose name is Adel. She was cool so me and my friends all connected with her on social media. That is where I saw my love for the very first time. I Asked Adel about her amazingly beautiful dark haired friend. After a quick click of a button she quickly threw out bait and apparently I was the catch. We bonded over a heated debate about Football. That's right, my beloved Buffalo Bills! After Talking for some months we planned to see each other in her hometown of Louisville Kentucky. My friends and I drove to her friends house where Nathaly remained locked in the bathroom. 20 minutes later I hear her call out “You Ready?” But I think she was talking to herself rather than me. She came out the bathroom finally only to leave me starstruck when I laid my eyes upon her in person for the very first time. She was Gorgeous! That same woman just so happened to become my best friend!

Nathaly- Kenny may argue that the football debate was just a simple debate.. The truth is, I knew what I was doing. But to rewind, the event that weekend was fun and I met a lot of cool people but no one really caught my attention. On the last day of the event, it had been a long night of meeting different people. As the night came to an end I headed to find my friend Adel who little did I know was talking to Kenny. I did not peek to see who she was talking to, and she did not mention anything. We then left and a couple weeks later she mentioned someone (Kenny) had inquired about me which then intrigued my interest when I saw a picture of him. I could not believe that we were in the SAME room three nights in a row and I met his friend, and him mine and we still hadn’t crossed paths. After our “DEBATE” I was hooked, I prayed about him constantly and after we met that first day in Louisville I knew I wanted no one else.
