1. Smoking: Smoking is not allowed. 2. Guests: Only registered party guests may stay overnight at the property. Any additional visitors are the sole responsibility of the guest. 3. Liability: All units are privately owned. Owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, illness, or loss of personal belongings or valuables. By accepting the reservation, all guests assume responsibility for any risks arising from use of the property or its facilities. 4. Property Care: Please keep the property and all furnishings in good condition. 5. Appliances: Appliances must be used only for their intended purpose. 6. Pets: Pets are allowed only with prior approval. 7. Cleaning & Linens: Bed linens and towels are included. Daily maid service is not included but may be arranged for an additional fee (contact us for details). Please bring beach towels or rent them for €5 per towel per week. Towels and sheets from the villa may not be used at the swimming pool. 8. Water & Septic System: The property uses a well and septic system. Water has a high mineral content and may have an odor during drought conditions. Only toilet paper may be flushed. Feminine products must never be flushed. Damages caused by improper use may result in charges of up to $2,500. 9. Noise & Quiet Hours: The villa is located in a countryside area where sound travels easily. Quiet hours are observed from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. Music is permitted until 11:00 PM (until 12:30 AM on the wedding day*). From 12:00 AM to 12:30 AM, music must be kept at a lower volume in accordance with local laws. Thank you for your understanding.

a) The maximum number of bathers present in the pool at the same time is 45 bathers; b)The swimming pool has a maximum depth of m. 1.6; c) jumping into the swimming pool is prohibited; d) It is recommended not to bathe less than three hours after consuming a meal; e) The use of wooden clogs or rubber slippers is mandatory when walking barefoot; f) The use of a swimming cap before entering the pool is mandatory; g) It is mandatory to use the foot washer before accessing the Solarium area; h) It is mandatory to shower before entering the tub; i) The opening hours of the swimming pool are from 9:00 to 18:00 j) There is no lifeguard and minors under 14 years of age can access the pool only if accompanied by an adult who will be responsible for the minor’s behavior; k) bathing is prohibited in particular weather conditions (for example during a storm); l) It is forbidden to introduce dogs into the solarium area m) It is strictly forbidden to introduce dogs or other animals into the pool n) It is strictly forbidden to enter the pool in an altered psychophysical state (for example after drinking alcohol).
