When should I RSVP by?
Answer
For those choosing to stay the night, you must RSVP by June 1st, 2026. For those choosing to arrive and depart same day, you must RSVP no later than July 19, 2026.

How can I reserve a hotel room?
Answer
Please reach out directly to Nathalya to reserve a room at the Stroudmoor Country Inn. If you would prefer to stay at the Hampton Inn, you may reach out to them directly and provide them with our Group Booking name: Bey Smook Wedding. (Discount code found in the Travel tab of this website.)

I can't leave my fur-babies at home? Are pets allowed?
Answer
We would love to see your furry friend, but we cannot host your furry loved ones at the Stroudsmoor Country Inn. As an alternative, you may bring them to stay with you at the Hampton Inn* and we will personally come over to greet our additional guests. Please reach out to Nathalya or the Hampton Inn to reserve your room today! *Please note: If you opt-in for this option, there is an additional pet fee of $75.

I want to come! What should I wear?
Answer
This event will be semi-formal. We want all of our guests to feel comfortable while looking great so there are some things to note. August in PA, you can expect the weather to be hot and humid. The wedding ceremony will take place outside whereas all other events will take place indoors. There is a brick pathway leading to the seating area and small to medium stones in between the pews that will rest under your feet. Ladies, I would advise against stilettos. Try something solid with a thick sole or at least wider heals. Dresses, skirts, a blouse with your favorite jeans - all great options. Men, bring deodorant and an extra shirt in case you sweat through your original outfit. Keep in mind, there will be photos taken. Memories will be made so please, smell and look fresh for the occasion. Dress shirts, Vests, Khakis, Jeans (No holes, please), or dress pants are all great options.

Can I take photos of the wedding ceremony?
Answer
We would kindly ask that all cell phones or electronic devices be shut off during the wedding ceremony. There will be a photo booth available for those who wish to take photos during the reception. We will also personally set aside an hour to take photos with everyone who attends.
Question
I have alternative beverage preferences. Can I bring my own alcoholic beverage?
Answer
Short answer, no. However, if you wish to enjoy something different, you can do so at a local pub off of the Stroudsmoor Country Inn premises. (Recommendations can be found in the Things To Do tab on this website)

I am vegetarian/vegan/gluten-free. What can I have to eat?
Answer
Please note your dietary restrictions during your RSVP questionnaire. If you were not able to do so, please reach out to Nathalya directly. Accommodations will be made to ensure you leave with a full belly!
