Question

What should we expect from the venue?

Answer

The venue is a beautiful gallery space in the heart of 14th Street and Logan Circle. As this is in downtown DC, please note that there will be security posted at the front door to ensure we don't get wedding crashers! Additionally, guests should expect to take a flight of stairs to get to the ceremony and reception locations. If you have mobility concerns, please reach out to Nathalie or Prajit to discuss.

Where will the ceremony be held?

Answer

The ceremony is planned to occur on the Rooftop Garden, accessible from the Gallery Level of the venue. In the event of rain, we will have a tent on standby!

Who should we expect to be in attendance?

Answer

Due to the intimate nature of the wedding we are planning, and capacity restrictions of the venue, we are only inviting our closest friends and family to our wedding events. Unfortunately, this also means that we are not able to extend plus ones outside of spouses, nor include the children of those who are not immediate family members. Should additional capacity open up, we may be able to extend plus ones closer to the day.

What should I wear?

Answer

The dress code is listed for each wedding event on the schedule tab. If you would like color suggestions for the wedding day, we recommend to wear bright or floral since we are going to be ringing in the spring! However, there is absolutely no pressure to go out and buy something new to fit that theme. The bride just asks that white and off white dresses are avoided. Also be mindful that this is an early spring wedding, so it may be chilly during the day and the evening. We would recommend bringing a light jacket just in case.

What is cocktail attire?

Answer

Suits with ties (tuxedos not necessary); knee-length, midi or floor length dresses, or elevated jumpsuit/dressy separates; or equivalent elegant attire that makes you feel your best. Please no jeans, khakis, polos, or mini-dresses.

Is there parking or transportation provided for the wedding day?

Answer

We are not providing parking or transportation as the wedding room blocks are located within walking distance to the venue. Should you not be staying at one of the hotels, the venue recommends to park at the garage at The Washington Plaza Hotel, which is 2 blocks south of the venue. The address for the Washington Plaza Hotel is 10 Thomas Circle and the entrance is off of Vermont Avenue. Please be aware that the cost for overnight parking is $43 at this garage. We will be researching and including additional parking options here ahead of sending formal invitations. Otherwise, we recommend Lyft/Uber/Cabs to ensure a safe ride to and from the wedding.

When will you start accepting RSVPs?

Answer

The RSVP feature on this website will be added before we send out formal invitations in January. However, if you already know you or anyone listed on your save-the-date envelope will not be able to attend the wedding, we would appreciate the notice as soon as you are able to confirm.

When should I RSVP by?

Answer

We will ask that all RSVP's are sent by March 25, 2026. If we do not receive an RSVP by that date, we will, regretfully, assume you will not be joining us.
