Question

Is there parking for the ceremony or reception?

Answer

Parking is not on-site. Parking is at 2910 Francis Scott Key Highway, Taneytown, MD 21787. A continuous shuttle service will be available to bring you directly to and from the venue with ease. Please plan to arrive 20-30 minutes before the event start time

What time should I arrive at the ceremony?

Answer

The ceremony will begin promptly at 4:30 PM. Please plan to arrive with enough time to park, shuttle (if applicable), and find your seat. We kindly ask that all guests be seated by 4:30 to avoid disrupting the ceremony.

Are children allowed?

Answer

Yes, children are welcome to join us in celebrating! If your child wasn’t included on your invitation and you’d like to bring them, just reach out—we’re happy to accommodate.

Is there a dress code?

Answer

We’d love for you to join us in semi formal attire (think cocktail dresses, dressy jumpsuits, suits, or sport coats). Please, no jeans or casual wear. Please note: the ceremony will be held outdoors(weather permitting), so we recommend shoes suitable for grass and keeping an eye on the weather!

I have a food allergy, can I make a special request?

Answer

Yes, absolutely. Please indicate any allergies or dietary restrictions when you RSVP, and be sure to note who in your party has the allergy. Our caterer is peanut-free, but we still ask that you let us know about any allergies so we can do our best to accommodate your needs. Common examples include gluten-free, vegetarian, dairy-free, or shellfish allergies.

Is there transportation to and from the hotels to the ceremony?

Answer

Yes! For your convenience, shuttle transportation will be provided to and from the Wyndham Gettysburg Hotel on the day of the wedding. When you RSVP, please indicate if you plan to use the shuttle so we can plan accordingly!

Can I bring a date?

Answer

If your invitation includes a plus one, then yes—we’d love for you to bring a guest. If not, we kindly ask that you attend solo so we can accommodate everyone comfortably.

Answer
